How much does it cost?
Nothing while Worus is in beta. If paid plans come later, you'll see the price before anything changes, and nothing is charged without your explicit agreement.
Do I need WhatsApp Business or a new number?
No. Worus works with the WhatsApp you already use, personal or Business app, as a linked device. Your chats and contacts stay where they are.
Does Worus read all my chats?
No. It only reads and answers the chats you delegate. Everything else is ignored and never processed.
What if it doesn't know the answer?
It tells the customer it will check, and asks you in your Worus chat. When you reply, it passes your answer on.
Is it safe for my WhatsApp number?
Worus behaves like a person: it types, waits, groups replies and never sends bulk or unsolicited messages. It isn't an official Meta client, though, so there is a small risk of WhatsApp restricting a number.
Can I stop it instantly?
Yes. Pause one chat, everyone, or say “stop everything” in your Worus chat. You can undo it just as easily. You can also unlink Worus anytime from WhatsApp, under Linked devices.
